this is my december...

It's here once again...probably the most expensive holiday of the year where I get to spend for myself and for my loved ones. At the end of the day, it's the smile on their faces that make every peso I spent all worth it.

I've done some shopping already but I still need to buy a few things. Probably I could finish everything this Saturday.

This year, my gift to myself is a new mobile phone. I remember myself saying a year ago that my nokia 6101 will be my last phone since I'm quite satisfied with its features already (and I've always wanted a clamshell phone). And the fact that I also purchased a canon powershot a550 last August made me seal my decision at that. But I guess I lied, haha! Last month, I chanced upon nokia 3110, nokia's most affordable semi-complete phone (if only it had 3G, I couldn't ask for more) to date. So there, I sold my ever reliable 6101 and went to Cyberzone yesterday to buy my latest baby. I'm still learning to navigate through its features, but I'm getting there. I just uploaded my first music file this morning – Kelly Clarkson's Breakaway. Maybe the song has significance to my life now. But then the word maybe may not be the proper term. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed for now. Someday my time to shine will come...




FYI, I greeted someone on his birthday yesterday via a Friendster comment. I wasn't expecting for anything whatsoever. It appears he just browsed my profile and I'm fine with that. I still wish him well...
