NINA Live!

A week ago, Warner Music Philippines launched in the market Nina's latest album, NINA Live! It's a compilation of Nina's live performances, mostly her rendition of songs by foreign artists. I saw it last week when I went at Odyssey and I told myself I'll buy a copy one of these days. To my surprise, the said album was awarded a Gold record award last Sunday at ASAP after only a few days in record bars.

This morning, an officemate of mine lent me her copy so I can include it in my iTunes list. Most of my favorite songs are in it like "Fall for You" by Shanice, "Constantly" by Vanessa Williams, "Love Moves in Mysterious Ways" by Julia Fordham, "Through the Fire" by Chaka Khan, and the cry-to-death "I Love You, Goodbye".

I have always been a Nina fan, although I have never seen her perform live (Sigh!). Her first album was a blast - I love the songs Jealous and Second Floor. I also love the song "I Don't Wanna be Your Friend". I hope I could see her perform someday. For now, I'll just listen to what I've got on my iTunes, which by the way already has 156 songs, including hits from The Corrs, John Mayer, Michael Buble, Josh Groban, and some R&B songs I often hear from Wave 89.1 and movie soundtracks, too!

Guess I'm sane again, huh! Enough of those sentimental entries for the moment...
